Sights & Sounds: Time for some big fun in the Valley of the Sun

12:15 p.m. ET — It is time for Phoenix International Raceway to host the third and final race of the Eliminator Round of the Chase for the Sprint Cup! With championship hopes on the line and no driver assured of advancing to next weekend’s Championship Round, it’s sure to be a wild day and crazy afternoon in the Valley of the Sun.

1 p.m. ET — NASCAR RaceDay gets you ready for Sunday’s race at Phoenix International Raceway right now on FOX Sports 1!

1:25 p.m. ET — The competitors have filed in for the driver-crew chief meeting, where it was a packed house. 

1:35 p.m. ET — With most of the pre-race prep in the books, teams are pushing the cars to the grid as the start of Sunday’s race nears. 

1:50 p.m. ET — Each crew has their own way of preparing themselves for a hard day of racing, and some are more relaxing than other.  

2:30 p.m. ET — The BK Racing cars are carrying special Dumb and Dumber To paint schemes this weekend, and Alex Bowman has a pretty amazing firesuit for Sunday’s race. 

With most of the pre-race requirements in the books, the competitors are starting to head out to the frontstretch for driver introductions. 

3:05 p.m. ET — The pre-race activities are over and all that’s left is the command to fire engines! After 200 laps of racing today, we’ll know which four drivers will battle for the championship next weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway!
