Which March Madness team is most like NASCAR’s top 10 drivers? foxsports Oct 20, 2016 at 4:49p ET BRACKET BUSTERS With the NCAA men's basketball tournament in full force, there are a lot of busted brackets out there already. How do the top 10 drivers line up with some of the best teams? Here you go. Getty Images Mike Ehrmann KEVIN HARVICK/KENTUCKY Harvick and Kentucky are a perfect match because each of them is the best at their respective sports right now. They are both the overwhelming favorites to win it all this year. MARTIN TRUEX JR./VILLANOVA Truex is from New Jersey; Villanova is in the Philly 'burbs. Both are blue collar, under the radar and performing at a high level right now. JIMMIE JOHNSON/DUKE What do Johnson and Duke have in common? Lots of victories and championships and tons of haters. JOEY LOGANO/ NOTRE DAME Logano is a transplant from Connecticut; Notre Dame is a transplant from the Big East. Both are very good. KASEY KAHNE/ GONZAGA Washington state driver, Washington state team makes for a good fit. AJ ALLMENDINGER/ARIZONA The 'Dinger is from Northern California, but there aren't any top teams from there, so Arizona is the closest choice. DALE EARNHARDT JR./ VIRGINIA Southern driver and one of the ACC's very best teams would make a potent combination. RYAN NEWMAN/MICHIGAN STATE Like Newman, Michigan State wasn't great in the regular season, but could well make the Final Four. BRAD KESELOWSKI/KANSAS Michigan is Keselowski's team, but the Wolverines didn't make The Big Dance, so another Midwestern team will have to do. MATT KENSETH/WISCONSIN This one is easy. Kenseth is a Wisconsin native and an avid sports fan.
