Joey Logano talks about the race that changed his life
Among Joey Logano's 18 career Monster Energy Series race wins, there is one that really sticks out to him as being the most life-changing.
Thursday night on "NASCAR RaceHub," the 2015 Daytona 500 champion talked about how important his second victory at Pocono Raceway in 2012 was to his career.
Below are four reasons why the win was so special for Logano.

Second career win
Logano's first career victory came in a rain-shortened fuel mileage race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2009. Although a win is a win, Logano's victory at Pocono was hard-earned on the track the entire race distance.

Added pressure was being put on Logano as rumors spread that Matt Kenseth would take over the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing ride in 2013. With his future up in the air, the win gave Logano confidence, which he carried over to Team Penske the next year.

Beating his childhood hero
In a hard-fought battle for the lead with Mark Martin, Logano was able to pass his childhood hero in the closing laps to earn the win.

Unlike his first career victory, Logano actually got to celebrate the right way, grabbing the checkered flag and performing a few burnouts on the Pocono frontstretch in front of the crowd.
