In-flight safety video features Australian Supercar at Bathurst

Airlines know that their safety videos are boring, but we all know that they are important.

Fortunately, across the globe, airlines are becoming more and more creative with their safety videos to ensure that their passengers are paying attention.

While some of those videos may be cringeworthy at times, Virgin Australia’s latest is - at least in our opinion - awesome.

Featuring six-time Virgin Australia Supercars Champion Jamie Whincup, the five-minute long safety video follows a V8 Supercar machine for a lap around the famous Mount Panorama circuit in Australia, all while instructing passengers what to do in the event of an emergency.
