Omaha, Neb. — Proxibid (www.proxibid.com), the most trusted online marketplace for buying and selling highly valued items, will provide online bidding for Silverstone Auction’s sale of unique artwork by Tim Layzell to benefit HOPEHIV, also known as WeSee Hope.
Bidding is available now and will close on Sunday, November 1st at 12 p.m. EUR. Online bidding is exclusively available on Proxibid, with a silent charity auction to be held onsite at the Classic & Sports Car London Show at the Alexandra Palace.
This auction features a single lot — a unique bespoke artwork depicting three seminal British Classics. The Jaguar E-type, Bentley Speed Six and McLaren F1 are displayed from foreground to background with the Alexandra Palace in London as the setting.
Each of the cars displayed were nominated for "The Best British Car Ever" at the Classic & Sports Car London Show. The canvas measures 24" by 30" and is painted with acrylic. All funds raised in this auction, including the buyer’s premium, will be donated to HOPEHIV.
HOPEHIV (WeSee Hope) supports communities in sub-Saharan Africa that have been affected by HIV and AIDS, providing funding for projects that promote emotional and social support, education, economic empowerment, and child rights.
