Three wrecks from this weekend to keep you busy during this hurricane
If you’re browsing the Internet aimlessly this weekend, it might be because you’re bored getting ready for your hurricane-impacted sporting event to start (or restart).
The great thing for motor racing fans, is that there are so many different forms of motor racing going on around the world every weekend, and thus there’s always plenty of action out there.
The unfortunate thing about motor racing is that that also means there are a lot of wrecks.
Fortunately, all of the drivers, and riders, involved in this incident were able to escape without serious injury:
Lando Norris, who went airborne in the closing laps of the ADAC Formula 4 race at Hockenheim, Germany, before coming back to land and rolling one and a half times:
Gino Rea, who was thrown over the handlebars of his Honda Pro Racing CBR600RR under braking at Magny-Cours in France, before having the bike almost crash back down on top of him:
Laurens Vanthoor, whose Audi R8 LMS ultra spun off hard into the barriers after contact with a Bentley Continental GT3, driven by Jules Szymkowiak, during a Blancpain Sprint Series Qualifying Race at Misano.
