Los Angeles Galaxy forward Chad Barrett will miss the MLS Cup next week after dislocating his right ankle in training.

Barrett was hurt Thursday. He was the Galaxy’s second-leading goal-scorer in the regular season.
The Galaxy will face the Houston Dynamo at Home Depot Center in Carson on Nov. 20.
Los Angeles acquired the former UCLA star in a trade with Toronto FC before the season. Barrett had seven goals and five assists during the regular season before starting each of the Galaxy’s three postseason games.
Barrett was a strong partner for new Galaxy striker Robbie Keane, who is expected to play in the MLS Cup after duty with the Irish national team.
