The Indians have at least one big-name celeb rooting for them in the World Series
The Chicago Cubs have a lot of fans who are high-profile celebrities, from rock stars like Eddie Vedder to Hollywood actors like John Cusack, Bob Newhart and of course the ultimate diehard, Bill Murray.
But as the Cubs prepare to face the American League Champion Cleveland Indians in the World Series, some prominent public figures are showing their support for the Tribe.
After hosting last night's episode of Saturday Night Live, the Indians got a shoutout from one of Hollywood's most beloved leading men, Tom Hanks.
Hanks isn't just a bandwagon Tribe fan either. His support for Cleveland runs pretty deep, as he began his uber-successful acting career at the Great Lakes Theater, the city's professional classic theater company.
A few other notable Indians fans include actors Arsenio Hall, Drew Carey and Monica Potter and of course, the King of Cleveland himself, Cavaliers' star LeBron James.
