The Boston Red Sox’s trip to the San Francisco Bay Area gave Pablo Sandoval a chance to pick up some of his belongings.

The San Francisco Giants gave their former third baseman his 2014 World Series ring in a private presentation Sunday night. Sandoval’s Red Sox are in town for a three-game series with the Oakland Athletics that begins Monday.

Sandoval signed a five-year, $95 million contract with Boston this offseason after spending the first seven seasons of his career in San Francisco, where he collected three World Series rings. Sandoval currently is batting .306 with three home runs and 14 RBIs in 29 games for the Red Sox.
