Sources: Sandoval’s agent to make plenty of rounds at GM meetings

When MLB’s general managers play ball at their annual offseason meetings beginning Monday in Phoenix, you can bet your favorite team’s bottom dollar (or 100 million bottom dollars) that agents for baseball’s biggest free agents will be among the hottest celebrities in the desert sun.

Among the belles of the ball will be Gustavo Vasquez, agent for Giants free agent and three-time World Series winner Pablo Sandoval.

And according to FOX Sports MLB Insider Ken Rosenthal, Vasquez will be a busy man.

Last week, reports surfaced that Sandoval’s biggest priority with a new deal isn’t the number of dollars but the number of years, preferring a deal that is at least six years.

Another left-side infielder from the NL West likely to draw plenty of attention is the Dodgers’ Hanley Ramirez. Here is Rosenthal’s latest on Ramirez:
