Puig gets personalized walk-up song

Since making his major league debut in June, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig has been one of the top stories in baseball this season.

Not only has he sparked the Dodgers into an amazing turnaround, he’s definitely a candidate for NL Rookie of the Year and some might argue he belongs in the debate for the Senior Circuit’s MVP award.

And now, he has his own theme music.

On Tuesday, the 22-year-old Cuban debuted his new walk-up song at Dodger Stadium. The ditty is an original song by a rapper named Mr. Criminal, and it’s called “Yasiel Puig.”
