CLEVELAND (AP) The Cleveland Indians activated outfielder Lonnie Chisenhall from the 10-day disabled list and optioned outfielder Bradley Zimmer to Triple-A Columbus.

Chisenhall strained his right calf chasing a fly ball on April 7 and was placed on the DL the following day. He's batting .235 in seven games. Chisenhall missed six weeks last season with the same injury.

Zimmer, the Indians' No. 1 pick in the 2014 draft, batted .226 with two home runs and nine RBIs in 34 games. He was on the DL for three weeks because of a bruised left rib before being activated Friday.

The Indians have been dealing with several injuries in their outfield. Brandon Guyer (strained neck) is expected to be activated soon and Tyler Naquin (strained left hamstring) began a minor-league rehab assignment this week.
