Watch David Ross accept this hilariously-appropriate retirement gift on 'Ellen'

The talk-show tout continued for David Ross on Tuesday, as he and Chicago Cubs teammate Kris Bryant made a guest appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Ross laughed about his appearance on “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend when he, Anthony Rizzo and Dexter Fowler appeared as strippers. Ross quipped he hoped he didn’t embarrass his 9-year-old daughter during that skit, discussed his parade-day facial injury and tried to justify his awkward route to join the on-field celebration after the final out in Game 7 of the World Series.
