Shortstop Marwin Gonzalez, however, put himself in the conversation with a jaw-dropping play to rob Baltimore Orioles third baseman Manny Machado of a hit – and an RBI – in the Astros’ win on Monday night.

At the time of the play, the Astros were trailing 1-0. They’d later go on to win 5-2 in come-from-behind fashion, perhaps energized by Gonzalez’s stellar play.
