Zack Greinke - Could return Sunday Greinke (neck) could pitch in Sunday's season finale against the Athletics, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Impact Manager Dusty Baker indicated in late September that there's a "distinct possibility" that Greinke serves as a reliever during the postseason, but he has a chance to rejoin the club for a tune-up in Sunday's regular-season finale. Jose Urquidy will start Sunday's matchup against Oakland, so the 37-year-old will pitch out of the bullpen if he's ultimately activated.

Pedro Báez - Ruled out for season Baez (shoulder) won't pitch again this season, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Impact Baez began a rehab assignment at Triple-A Sugar Land in late September, and he's allowed four runs on seven hits and no walks in 2.2 innings across three appearances with the minor-league club. However, manager Dusty Baker said Saturday that the right-hander won't rejoin the major-league roster in 2021. As long as he remains on track during the offseason, Baez will likely be ready for the start of spring training in 2022.
