Impact Since signing a minor-league deal with the Angels on July 20, Cueto has posted a 3.09 ERA and 1.39 WHIP through 23.1 innings across four starts with Triple-A Salt Lake. While those numbers are a significant improvement over his time with the Rangers' Triple-A affiliate (5.92 ERA, 1.24 WHIP), the 38-year-old righty shouldn't be viewed as a reliable streaming option as he makes his season debut against a Royals offense that has scored the sixth-most runs in the majors (610).
