For the first time since 2001, the Blues are in the Western Conference finals, thanks to their seven-game semifinal triumph over Dallas. Their series against the San Jose Sharks, who eliminated Nashville in Game 7 on Thursday, opens Sunday night at Scottrade Center.

After sweeping three games from the Angels in Anaheim, the Cardinals open a three-game weekend series across town against the Dodgers. The Friday and Saturday games are on FOX Sports Midwest.

Three of the NBA’s final four teams are set. Golden State and Oklahoma City will square off in the Western Conference finals, while Cleveland will take on the winner of the Toronto-Miami series in the East. Toronto is up three games to two on Miami, with Game 6 set for Friday night and Game 7 (if necessary) on Sunday afternoon.
