Blues’ first-round TV schedule announced

FOX Sports Midwest is scheduled to air five of a potential seven games between the Blues and Blackhawks.

ST. LOUIS — FOX Sports Midwest, the TV home of St. Louis Blues hockey, is scheduled to televise Games 1, 3, 4, 5* and 7* of the Blues’ first-round Stanley Cup playoff series against Chicago. Games 2 and 6* are scheduled for NBC.

The series starts at 7 p.m. Thursday on FOX Sports Midwest. Live coverage begins at 6 p.m. with an extended edition of the Blues Live pregame show, which will include portions of the pep rally outside Scottrade Center.

The five games on FOX Sports Midwest will air on FOX Sports Midwest’s main channel in the St. Louis market and on DirecTV, Dish and AT&T U-verse.

Outside the St. Louis market, those games will air on FOX Sports Midwest Plus or an alternate channel.

Coverage of games on FOX Sports Midwest starts and ends with the Blues Live pregame and postgame shows. FOX Sports Midwest also plans to air Blues postgame shows following the two games on NBC.
