The live stream is supported on the most common modern browsers only: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Mac), Internet Explorer 11 and Edge. Flash Player is required for playback.

Internet Explorer

Click the tools icon in the upper-right corner of your browser. It will look like a gear. Select manage add-ons from the drop down menu.

Click “Toolbars and Extensions” in the new window that appears. In the “Show” bar, make sure that “All Add-ons” is selected.

Select “Shockwave Flash Object”, and press the enable button.


From your Mozilla Firefox menu (Three bars in the Upper Right corner) select Add-ons.

Click the Extensions tab on the left, then find “Flash and Video Download” (Windows) or “Shockwave Flash” in your list of extensions, and click the “Enable” button


In the Safari Menu, click “Preferences”

Click on the “Websites” tab.

Confirm that “Adobe Flash Player” is checked under the Plug-Ins section.

Finally, make sure that “” is allowed and set to “on”


Click the “More” icon in the top right of your browser and select “Settings”

From there, scroll down and click the “view advanced settings”

From there, make sure that “Use Adobe Flash Player” is enabled
