Tee times for the second round of the British Open

46-year-old Phil Mickelson was millimeters away from carding the lowest score in major championship history, but he had to settle for a course-record 63 at Royal Troon after his birdie putt slid to the right side of the hole. Scoring conditions were near-perfect Thursday, but rain is in the forecast and we could se scores moving toward even par as the tournament progresses.
