Swing state? Injured Lakers guard Steve Nash posted video of himself at the driving range.

The Los Angeles Lakers haven’t exactly started the season off on the right foot, jumping out to a not-so-hot 0-5 record. The trouble began even before the season tipped off, when starting point guard Steve Nash was ruled out for the season with back problems. Things have only gotten worse — on the court and off.
Nash posted a video of himself this week hitting a ball at TopGolf, which seems to be a harmless activity … if you’re not out for the season with back problems. His swing is actually pretty good, but that’s beside the point.
As you’d expect, Lakers fans weren’t thrilled with the post, as several people commented to question his injury. The comments speak for themselves. Here are a few:
Strangely, this isn’t the first time golf has been the hot topic of an NBA player’s injury. Joel Embiid, the third overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, posted a photo of himself playing golf supposedly before having surgery to repair a foot injury. The photo was deleted afterwards, but of course, fans weren’t happy about this one, either.
Maybe golf is just so addicting that NBA players can’t get enough of it … injured and all.
