Before win, Matt Every’s big impression was awkward interview

Now that he has picked up his first PGA Tour victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Matt Every can start to be known for something other than his three-month tour suspension after he was arrested for marijuana possession in 2010 — misdemeanor charges that were later dropped.

Also, maybe he can get past an interview on the Golf Channel two years ago when Kelly Tilghman asked him about the incident. His response could kindly be described as "awkward" — or less kindly as "bizarre" or a "train wreck."

Then again, Every’s win means the video resurfaces. Like, uh, here.
