Lovie Smith completed his coaching staff Friday, after naming Mike Phair assistant defensive line coach and Carlos Polk assistant special teams coach.

The final hires cap a month of change at One Buc Place, which included the addition of Jason Licht as the franchise’s fifth general manager Tuesday.
