‘Marlins All-Access: Season Preview’ premieres before Miami’s exhibition game on FOX Sports Florida

MIAMI (July 20, 2020) — Live Miami Marlins baseball returns to FOX Sports Florida tomorrow, July 21 at 7 p.m. with the team’s exhibition game vs. the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park, but before first pitch, viewers statewide are welcomed to tune in at 6:30 p.m. for the “Marlins All-Access: Season Preview.” Hosted by Jessica Blaylock, the all-new episode brings Marlins fans up to speed on the latest with the team ahead of Opening Day.

Play-by-play announcer Paul Severino and color analyst Todd Hollandsworth join Jessica to spotlight some of the new additions to the ball club in Jonathan Villar, Corey Dickerson and Jesús Aguilar. Villar had 176 hits and 40 stolen bases last year in Baltimore, which should help bolster Miami’s production this year. The trio also discuss third baseman Brian Anderson, who Hollandsworth thinks is poised to continue building upon last year’s post All-Star break success prior to getting injured, and infielder Miguel Rojas, who Severino predicts is in line for his best year yet in Miami.

Manager Don Mattingly is featured throughout the show with insight on Opening Day starter Sandy Alcantara and the rest of the Marlins starting rotation.

Contributing host and in-game reporter Kelly Saco joins the show with a breakdown of the new rule changes Major League Baseball implemented this season, while analyst Tommy Hutton provides fans with “Tommy’s Takes,” and what needs to happen for the Marlins to win the pennant.

Watch the “Marlins All-Access: Season Preview” Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. on FOX Sports Florida and FOX Sports GO, and be sure to follow @FOXMarlins on Twitter for exclusive Marlins content.
