The Miami Dolphins have signed wide receiver Jarvis Landry — their second-round pick — the team announced Thursday.

Landry, the 63rd overall selection of the 2014 draft, played in 40 career games for the LSU Tigers. He completed his collegiate career with 137 receptions for 1,809 yards for an average of 13.2 yards per catch and 15 touchdowns.

On special teams, he contributed 21 tackles and two fumble recoveries.

Landry is the sixth — and highest — Dolphins draft pick to sign with the team. Walt Aikens, Terrence Fede, Jordan Tripp, Matt Hazel and Arthur Lynch signed with the team during rookie minicamp in late May.

Offensive linemen Ja’wuan James (first round, 19th overall) and Billy Turner (third round, 67th overall) remain unsigned.
