It’s a huge weekend of soccer in Motown as Detroit City FC plays the final two games of the regular season, with a chance to host a playoff tournament on the line.
Le Rouge (7-2-1) is in second place in the National Premier Soccer League Midwest Region and must win both games to secure a top-place finish and get home-field advantage for the playoffs for the first time since 2013.
They play host to the Erie Commodores FC (4-0-6) on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Cass Tech, then face the Michigan Stars (4-1-6) at 7 p.m. at Wisner Stadium in Pontiac on Sunday.
