AT THE PLATE: Matt Kemp hit a two-run home run, Brian Cavazos-Galvez hit a home run and Blake DeWitt tripled and scored on Andre Ethier’s double to help pace the Dodgers’ 10-hit attack at Camelback Ranch.

ON THE MOUND: Starter Hiroki Kuroda gave up two unearned runs and two hits in three innings. Relievers Jonathan Broxton and George Sherrill each surrendered one earned run in one inning or less of work.

EXTRA BASES: Garret Anderson was one for three with a single as the Dodgers designated hitter in his first spring-training game. Backup catcher Brad Ausmus threw out Elvis Andrus trying to steal second base.

UP NEXT: Right-hander Vicente Padilla is scheduled to start Monday’s 1:05 p.m. game against the Angels in Tempe, Ariz.
