Michael Pratt - Out versus Houston Pratt (shoulder) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus Houston, Brett McMurphy of Action Network reports.
Impact Pratt was injured in last week's loss to Southern Miss. In four games the junior quarterback had completed 61-of-96 passes for 905 yards to go along with seven touchdowns and three picks. He also has added 197 yards and one touchdown in 38 carries on the ground. Redshirt freshman Justin Ibieta will start in his place.

Impact Ibieta is set to start for the Green Wave with starting quarterback, Michael Pratt, ruled out for the contest. The redshirt freshman quarterback has appeared in five games with Tulane, throwing for 247 yards (21-of-33), two touchdowns and two interceptions. Ibieta will look to make a splash during his debut as a starter, leading the Green Wave against a home favorite in Houston.

Samuel Brown - Expected to start Friday Brown is expected to start at wideout for Houston's showdown with Tulane, Joseph Duarte of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Brown is expected to get the starting nod after Joseph Manjack was ruled out with a hand injury. The sophomore wideout transferred to Houston this offseason after spending two seasons with West Virginia (10 receptions for 108 yards across four games). Brown will make his first appearance for the Cougars, and he will look to carve out a role for himself in Houston's passing attack.

Impact Manjack is set to miss his first game of the season with an undisclosed hand injury. The sophomore wideout has logged 10 receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown across four games this season. In his absence, Matthew Golden and KeSean Carter should see an expanded role in Houston's passing attack. Manjack's next opportunity to return will be Oct. 7, against Memphis.
