How has Utah quarterback Travis Wilson improved in 2015?

Travis Wilson, Utah's senior quarterback, has had a roller-coaster career for the Utes. This season, he seems to have his football direction back on path.

Utah is 4-0, ranked No. 5 overall in the most recent AP Top 25 poll. Wilson has played three games, completing 68% of his passes. He finished his freshman season with a 62.7 completion percentage, which has been the best end-of-season mark of his collegiate career.

“We've got a better football team around him than we've ever had,” said Utah offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick, via USA Today. “There's a nice combination of factors allowing him to thrive. But there's no doubt he's driving the train.”

Wilson has 4 TD's and just one interception; his passer rating sits at a remarkable 140.4 mark.

“He's playing his best football by far since he's been in our program,” adds Utah coach Kyle Whittingham. “He's playing with a great deal of poise and confidence.”
