Even WVU’s coach had to high-five Boykin after ankle-breaking scramble
Sometimes in sports, you just have to tip your cap to a better player. Dana Holgorsen knows all about that.
The West Virginia head coach had no choice but to give a high-five to TCU’s Trevone Boykin after the quarterback pulled off an ankle-breaking scramble for a first down in their game Thursday. Watch it above.
Holgorsen’s quote about the matter also was pretty funny.
Asked Dana Holgorsen what he told Trevone Boykin after the high five. "I didn't say anything to him. He's the best player in football."

TCU won 40-10, while Boykin was 32 of 47 for 388 yards and three touchdown passes. He also rushed for 84 yards and a score.
There’s not much else you can do but give the man his props.
