Tennessee State sets 2018 schedule

(STATS) - Tennessee State will seek a third straight winning season in 2018, but the Tigers' 11-game schedule includes only four home dates.

One of the away games is across Nashville as the Ohio Valley Conference program will play Vanderbilt.

Coach Rod Reed's Tigers, who finished 6-5 this season, will host Bethune-Cookman (Sept. 1) in the John Merritt Classic and conference opponents Tennessee Tech (Oct. 20), Jacksonville State (Nov. 10) and UT Martin (Nov. 17).
