(STATS) – Saint Francis senior running back Marcus Bagley is expected to miss the 2017 season because of a knee injury, which severely hampers the Red Flash’s bid to repeat as Northeast Conference champion.
Bagley first injured his right knee in the Albany game last September. He played through the injury, missing one game and parts of several others, and it grew progressively worse. He’s been rehabbing the knee during the offseason and a return to the lineup this season is doubtful.
He would be eligible for a medical redshirt.
