Oklahoma cornerback Zack Sanchez left the first quarter of Saturday’s game against Texas Tech with a right leg injury.

Sanchez, an All-Big 12 selection last year, was carted off. He returned to the sideline later in the quarter with an air cast.

The junior has 11 career interceptions. He picked off two passes last week against Kansas State and returned one for a score in a 55-0 win.
