Kuechly tackling the books

Former Boston College middle linebacker Luke Kuechly has been tackling the books in the same manner he does ball carriers for the Carolina Panthers, and is now set to earn his college degree from Boston College.

Kuechly, who started 37 of the 38 games he played in for the Eagles, left Boston College after his junior season in 2011 and was selected with the ninth overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft by the Panthers.

It didn’t take long for Kuechly to make an impact on the NF: level, as he led the league in tackles with 164 and was named the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
