Florida State is the only team in the country without a turnover
Florida State is six games into the season and remarkably still has a zero in its turnover column — which is a big reason why the Seminoles also still have a zero in their loss column.
The No. 6 Seminoles (6-0, 4-0 ACC) are the only team in the FBS that has not committed a turnover this year and will look to keep that trend going when they head to Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech (2-5, 0-4) on Saturday.
“The No. 1 thing that affects games is turnovers, getting them and not having them,” FSU head coach Jimbo Fisher said. “… We’re doing it for the most part still being aggressive and making plays. I’m happy with that production.”
On the season, Florida State quarterback Everett Golson has attempted 177 passes without being picked and has thrown for 1,449 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Running back Dalvin Cook has carried the ball 110 times without coughing it up and has gained 955 yard and scored 10 times.
