It was a great night for Florida fans, as their 25th-ranked Gators crushed No. 3 Ole Miss 38-10, thanks in large part to freshman quarterback Will Grier’s career-high four-touchdown performance.

But one family’s joy went well beyond the results of the football field on Saturday, as Chief Warrant Officer Kristian Denkins made a surprise return to his wife and their four children at The Swamp.

According to a tweet from ESPN, Officer Denkins latest deployment to Afghanistan was his fifth tour of duty for his country.
