DB Porter suspended indefinitely, charged with multiple felonies

According to multiple reports on Wednesday morning, Florida redshirt freshman defensive back Deiondre Porter has been suspended indefinitely.
The Tampa native has been arrested on five charges, four of which are felonies. The charges include two of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, firing a weapon into a dwelling, and aggravated battery. Porter also was charged with property damage of less than $200, which is a misdemeanor.
The athlete had been a special teams player for head coach Jim McElwain. On the season, Porter had accrued two tackles in four games.

According to the police report, Porter pointed a gun at his pregnant girlfriend and fired a shot into a wall of her apartment.
