North Carolina governor Pat McCrory is a man of his word. McCrory promised to hang a Clemson flag in his office if North Carolina lost to Clemson in the ACC title game, and on Tuesday he tweeted a photo of the flag hanging behind his desk.

McCrory also made sure to include a sign that read “offsides?” with an official’s jersey and hat next to it, eluding to the controversial offsides call on a late onside kick attempt by the Tar Heels during their 45-37 loss to the Tigers.
