Updated Mar. 4, 2020 6:47 p.m. ET

After the New Mexico Lobos finished their regular season on a 6–1 SU and 5–2 ATS run, they will take on the UTSA Roadrunners in the first of five bowl games this Saturday in the New Mexico Bowl.

New Mexico is a seven-point betting favorite over Texas-San Antonio at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. Both of these teams will have plenty to play for as New Mexico is just 1–7 SU in its last eight postseason appearances and this will be the first bowl game ever for UTSA.

The Roadrunners are 5–1 ATS in their last six games against teams with winning records.

In what has the makings of a good game between two strong teams, the Houston Cougars are a 3.5-point favorite against the San Diego State Aztecs in the Las Vegas Bowl.

Houston cooled off a bit down the stretch, going 4–3 SU and 1–6 ATS over their last seven games after starting the season 5–0 SU and 4–1 ATS. San Diego State is 2–6 ATS in its last eight games played in December.

Appalachian State made its bowl debut last season in a 31–29 win over the Ohio Bobcats in the Camellia Bowl. The Mountaineers return to the Camellia Bowl in what projects to be another close game as a one-point underdog against the Toledo Rockets.

Toledo went 9–3 SU and 7–5 ATS this season, and is 19-7 ATS over its last 26 games per the OddsShark College Football Database.

UCF is a 5.5-point favorite against Arkansas State in the Cure Bowl on Saturday. The Knights bounced back from a dismal 0–12 SU and 2–10 ATS campaign in 2015 to earn bowl eligibility with a 6–6 SU and 8–4 ATS record this season. Arkansas State enters on a 7–1 SU and 6–2 ATS run.

Wrapping up Saturday’s bowl action is the New Orleans Bowl between the Southern Miss Golden Eagles and the UL Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns. Louisiana-Lafayette is a perfect 4–0 SU and ATS in its last four appearances in this bowl game and 7–2 SU and ATS in its last nine games played in the month of December.
