Arkansas lineman arrested again

Arkansas offensive lineman Anthony Oden was facing charges

Sunday of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled

substance.

Oden, 21, was arrested in Fayetteville, N.C., and booked at

Washington County Detention Center on Saturday morning before being

released on a $2,000 bond after two hours in custody, the Arkansas

Democrat-Gazette reported.

He was also charged with driving left of the center line,

failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, no proof of ownership,

driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no driver’s

license. His court date was set for Aug. 1.

Oden, who hails from Indianapolis, was previously arrested on

DWI charges July 4 last year.

His arrest Saturday made him the fourth Razorback player to be

held on substance-possession charges since October last year.
