We all know Nick Saban can coach.

The Alabama Crimson Tide head man will go down as one of the best coaches in the history of the college football game. Saban has coached five National Championship teams — and looks primed to add at least a couple more trophies to his decorated trophy case before his coaching career ends.

Perhaps surprisingly (to some), the 5-foot-6 head coach also is an effective player on the basketball court.

During a recent pickup game against some of his players, Saban displayed a silky baseline jumper rivaling that of Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry. In the short clip, he pivoted to the baseline, took one dribble to square up to the basket, and nailed the shot. Saban then offered a fist-bump to one of his teammates.

Once Saban retires, it wouldn’t be a shock to see him terrorizing a recreation basketball league with his shooting prowess.
