Thursday's victory allows the Cardinals (10-2, 5-2) to share the Big East title. They tie the Scarlet Knights (9-3, 5-2), the Syracuse Orange (7-5, 5-2) and possibly even the Cincinnati Bearcats (8-3, 4-2) for first place. The BCS standings will be used to break the tie and Louisville, with the best overall record of the tied teams, should finish on top.
