Video Details

Indiana earns back-to-back home victories by defeating Minnesota. The Hoosiers used 21 assists in the 80-56 victory. Indiana improves to 14-12 overall.

- Those are shots Nate Washington-- I'm sorry, Isaiah Washington has to take. Can't get his head down if he misses.

- Morgan with the left hand, and a foul, and a chance for a three-point play.

- Everyone has to be on the same page defensively.

- McSwain and his pass deflected. How many times does Zach McRoberts make a play like that that doesn't show up in the box score. And a three from Davonte Green.

- He's not going to get an assist, maybe a hockey assist.

- The plays where Minnesota is on a string and they're communicating, they are moving their feet, doing a great job defensively, forcing Indiana into some tough shots.

- Good inside out. Green catch and shoot. And a three for Devonte Green.

- Usually that's what makes officials call that play.

- It was a great look on the opposite side baseline. You could see the foot stay on the ground. This is Morgan. Dish, and Justin Smith stretches Indiana's lead to 10. It's their biggest of the ball game.

- Johnson curling, down the lane. Indiana has come out, and come out hot.

- It's a three-guard look right now. Mason got by, and cleaning it up and flushing it is Jordan Murphy.

- Now that's what happens when the weak side--

- No, he's had three ADs in five seasons there. If they support him, they understand the game, hard to win when you don't have a full complement of players.

- Kick out and a straight-on three by Green.

- Golden Gophers, back within six. Harris got the three. And how about Minnesota?

- Got a guy like Nate Mason. What they say where I'm from, he's hahd to guard. Try to stay in front of him, if you can. He'll pull up on you, though.

- Green again. Green again.

- Fitzgerald another one of those guys I'd love to see get to the basket, use his size. Slow the game down a little bit.

- Indiana, boy they are sharing the basketball. Green to Morgan.

- --the first half. Fitzgerald, a little closer range. Green ahead, and they connect again. Morgan.

- Play unselfishness. Look at the outlet pass. One little dribble, and then you give it to your big fellow running the floor. They should be rewarding him. Look at that? Finishing with the off hand. I love it.

- Minnesota has got foul trouble. Jordan Murphy playing with two. And Devonte Fitzgerald is not on the floor to start the half. And wide open. Juwan Morgan has another assist. That's 11 assists.

- A couple shots. A long-range two there. And Nate Mason under duress before that.

- Boy, another look down low. Another assist. McSwain with the bucket.

- Green, in transition. Johnson.

- Love to see Hurt being more aggressive, looking for his own shot.

- Lob and slam. Justin Smith.

- What you call turning offense-- or defense into offense. Nate Mason, no help behind him. That just can't happen. Davonte slow getting back. That's just a matter of the offensive wanting it more than the defense.

- As they were watching, they could have just walked right to the hoop.

- Not a lot of turnovers in this game. Durham feeds Morgan again.

- If you're in-- it's hard to turn the ball over when you are getting wide-open layups.

- 68-46. There's a steal. Robert Johnson.

- Richard Pitino with a time out.

- I guarantee you every coach in this conference will be looking at this game and understanding how real this Indiana team is.

- Davonte Green--

- Washington at the buzzer. Hits the three. Indiana impressively takes care of business. Archie Miller was emotional at practice today, and his Indiana Hoosiers played that way. From the very start, they jumped the Golden Gophers. Kept the lead, put the hammer down in the second half.

- We dropped the last two games at home in front of great crowds. And there was a lot of energy here. And one of the things coming back here is try to re-establish that winning way at home. I thought our guys did a nice job, played really hard, and were very unselfish at times in the game where we really had nice possessions offensively.
