Kerwin Walton - Picks up scoring in upset Walton amassed 14 points (4-7 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT) and one rebound over 26 minutes during Saturday's 82-81 OT victory over Houston.

Impact Walton and the entire Red Raiders team had to make up for the early ejection of leading scorer JT Toppin, and they did just that while pulling off a big road upset. While Walton's scoring average sits an nearly half of last year's mark, he contributed significantly here with his best total since the season opener. While it should get him some confidence back, it won't be enough to put Walton on the fantasy radar.

Emanuel Sharp - Limited despite start Sharp logged four points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and one steal over 18 minutes during Saturday's 82-81 OT loss to Texas Tech.

Impact Sharp got the start despite entering a questionable with an ankle injury, but both his time on the court and shot volume were limited. Meanwhile, Terrance Arceneaux logged 31 minutes off the bench and put up nine points on 4-of-8 shooting.

JT Toppin - Early ejection Saturday Toppin registered zero points (0-1 FG) and one rebound in four minutes during Saturday's 82-81 OT victory over Houston.

Impact Both Toppin and head coach Grant McCasland were ejected just four minutes into this contest after Toppin appeared to kick an opposing player on a jump pass that resulted in a controversial flagrant 2 foul call. The rest of the Red Raiders were able to rally behind him, however, as each of the other four starters tallied 13 or more points in the road upset (it was Houston's first loss of Big 12 play). There's been no indication a suspension is forthcoming, so Toppin should at least be well-rested for Tuesday's home matchup against Baylor.

Impact Williams missed a game against TCU earlier this week due to an ankle injury and was considered a game-time call here, but his all-around production -- helped by the OT period -- suggests that the junior wing is at or near full strength. His defensive contributions were especially important, as he hadn't recorded a block yet in the 2025 calendar year, but he logged a season-best three Saturday. He also has three steals in back-to-back contests.

Impact During late-January, Texas Tech logged two games. Between both, Overton recorded 14 points and eight rebounds. During the later game, he suffered a head injury that resulted in his recent DNP.
