KALAMAZOO, Mich. (AP) Bryce Moore opened the game with a 3-pointer and Josh Davis hit two more as Western Michigan opened on a 13-3 run and never eased up in a 73-58 Mid-America Conference West Division battle with Ball State on Saturday afternoon.

Bouncing back after having a four-game win streak snapped Tuesday at Toledo, the Broncos pushed their home win streak to eight straight regular season MAC wins.

Thomas Wilder finished with 14 points for the Broncos (11-6, 3-1). Moore added 12 and Davis 11 while Western Michigan shot 23 of 60 from the field, including 9 of 18 from 3-point range, and 18 of 26 from the line.

Ball State (11-6, 2-2) got 13 points from Tayler Persons and another 11 from Ishmael El-Amin. The Cardinals were 22 of 53 from the field (41.5 percent), including 8 of 28 from deep, but just 6 of 10 from the line.
