The Sidelines: FS1 analyst Steve Lavin and Evan Daniels make their Final Four picks

We are down to the final four teams in the NCAA men’s college basketball tournament, which means it’s time to make championship picks. Which is exactly what FS1 analyst Steve Lavin and FS1 insider and host Evan Daniels did on  “The Sidelines” podcast this week.

The two broke down the Final Four from every angle, including:

  • South Carolina’s surprising run to the Final Four, why Frank Martin’s club won’t just be happy to get to Glendale, and which analyst has the Gamecocks pulling off the upset over Gonzaga
  • North Carolina’s experience, and how making the Final Four last year — and having the most experienced coach on the sidelines — could help the Tar Heels
  • Which team they have to win it all

Plus, Evan is at the McDonald’s All-American game, where he is joined by two of the top uncommitted prospects in high school basketball: center Mo Bamba and wing Kevin Knox. And Scout.com’s Josh Gershon discusses where he expects all the top remaining prospects will go.

Previous episodes of “The Sidelines” podcast have featured some of the biggest names in college basketball, including Villanova’s Jay Wright, North Carolina’s Roy Williams and Mike Krzyzewski from Duke.
