CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) John Jordan scored 22 points and added nine assists as Texas A&M-CC edged Oral Roberts 74-72 in overtime Saturday.
A tip-in by Brandon Conley with nine seconds left brought Oral Roberts (13-13, 7-6 Southland Conference) within 74-72. Texas A&M-CC (13-14, 10-4) held on despite turning the ball over to the Golden Eagles following the tip-in, as Shawn Glover couldn’t get his shot to fall with 3 seconds remaining.
Brandon Pye broke a tie at 68 on a 3-pointer with 1:31 left in OT, and Zane Knowles’ basket with 31 seconds left put the Islanders up 73-68 before the Golden Eagles closed the gap.

Jordan forced overtime on a basket with 7 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at 63.
Knowles had 12 points and 11 rebounds for the Islanders.
Glover led Oral Roberts with 23 points. Korey Billbury added 21 while Conley had 17 points and nine rebounds.
