NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) Jacob Parker and Clide Geffrard scored 20 points apiece as Stephen F. Austin rolled over Nicholls 86-71 on Saturday night to remain one game behind conference-leader Sam Houston State in the Southland Conference standings.
Parker, who made 4 of 6 from beyond the arc, picked up his 101st career win at Stephen F. Austin (22-4, 12-1 Southland Conference). Geffrard, who had 14 points in the first half, was 6 of 10 from the floor and 8 of 8 from the line. Thomas Walkup added 13 points and Demetrious Floyd had 11.
SFA led 41-30 at the half and stretched that to 63-44 midway of the second period.

The Lumberjacks had their 32-game conference win streak snapped last Saturday when Texas A&M-Corpus Christi scored an upset, 71-63. SFA bounced back to beat Incarnate Word 90-76 on Monday night.
Ja’Dante’ Frye and Richie Lewis had 13 points each to lead Nicholls (7-16, 4-9).
