SLU looks to sweep Texas A&M-CC

BOTTOM LINE: Southeastern Louisiana goes for the season sweep over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi after winning the previous matchup in Corpus Christi. The teams last went at it on Jan. 4, when the Lions created 22 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi turnovers and turned the ball over just nine times en route to a four-point victory.

FAB FRESHMEN: Southeastern Louisiana's Ty Brewer, Byron Smith and Nick Caldwell have combined to account for 43 percent of the team's scoring this season, including 38 percent of all Lions points over the last five games.

Southeastern Louisiana has an assist on 36 of 65 field goals (55.4 percent) across its past three matchups while Texas A&M-Corpus Christi has assists on 40 of 67 field goals (59.7 percent) during its past three games.
