CONWAY, Ark. (AP) James Harvey scored 17 points with four 3-pointers, Kalob Ledoux added 16 points with three 3s, and McNeese State held off Central Arkansas 76-72 on Wednesday night.

Quatarrius Wilson added 12 points with 15 boards for his third consecutive double-double and Jarren Greenwood added 10 points with nine assists for the Cowboys (9-14, 6-7 Southland Conference), who held the Bears to 38.5 percent shooting from the field.
